At ZYN, we strive for complete satisfaction with every flavorful purchase; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and non-perishable items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
