Tissot Arbois 'DD' Rouge 2022

From Stephane Tissot's Biodynamic vineyard in Arbois, named for Stephane's father, Andre "DD" Tissot. Macerated 1-3 months, primarily in large wooden vats. Unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulfites. 

Ripe, fresh fruit and warm spices. The palate is precise, full and sapid. The tannins are present, young and provide a nice tactile sensation for a long finish. 

This is a delicious blend of Trousseau, Poulsard, and Pinot Noir co-fermented. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy with a variety of cheeses, roasted chicken, or on its own.
