Terralsole Grappa di Brunello - 500 ml

This grappa is distilled exclusively from Sangiovese pomace, which comes from the production of Brunello di Terralsole. Winemaker Mario Bollag personally brings them to a small distillery in Tuscany, where they are distilled with great care. The grappa is then matured in used French oak barrels made from Troncais oak for at least 2 years before enjoying further bottle storage.  This is a very elegant and complex grappa with aromas of dried fruit, some tobacco and wood, orange zest, sweet spices, and a long-lasting finish.  Enjoy as a digestif or anytime!
