An awesome Italian red wine with aromas of cherry liqueur, blackberry jam and dark spices. Round, rich and powerful wine with a smooth texture and superb length. It shows fine tannins and pleasing nuances of bitter almond. Pair with slow-braised lamb shanks in red wine, roast beef, bison burgers.
