Wine Description

In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow hue with soft golden highlights, bright and crystalline. On the nose, it reveals exotic fruit notes of pineapple, kiwi, and passion fruit, intertwined with citrus, white peach, apple, and delicate floral hints of elderflower and white blossoms. Subtle herbal tones of sage, mint, and geranium complement a distinct mineral character reminiscent of wet stone and flint. The palate is fresh and balanced, offering smooth warmth, gentle salinity, and a prolonged fruity persistence.

Food Pairing
