Solid, naturally made full class wine. Golden yellow color with thick tears. Variegated aroma with mineral notes, white fruits, gooseberry. Spicy taste with distinguished texture, slim and raspy with fine acidity and a long fresh fruity aftertaste.

Goes well with noble white sea fish, fried or grilled, with refined sauces. Also with leafy vegetables and white mold cheeses.
