This 100% Sangiovese wine displays a brilliant ruby red hue with subtle garnet reflections. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of rose hips, blood oranges, ripe cherries, and red peach, layered with delicate floral undertones. The palate is polished and vibrant, showcasing juicy red fruit, refined minerality, and a fresh, elegant structure. Silky tannins and bright acidity contribute to its finesse, leading to a long, persistent finish. The wine is aged for 22 months in 500-litre tonneaux, with 30% new oak and 70% second-passage barrels, achieving a perfect balance of complexity and harmony.
