Sourced from a small 1.8-hectare vineyard with limestone-rich soils, it is known for its bright and energetic character. The sensory profile is highly complex, featuring an intense bouquet of crushed raspberries and black cherries layered with fresh herbal notes of mint, sage, and bay leaf. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and powerful, offering vibrant acidity and distinct savoury mineral undertones that balance its ripe, fine-grained tannins. It undergoes fermentation at 30°C with 28 days of skin contact before aging for 30 months in large oak barrels. While striking in its youth, this wine possesses a longevity of 25 years or more.
