The winery is known for its minimal-intervention philosophy, focusing on expressing the purity of Sangiovese through careful vineyard practices and restrained cellar work.

Wine Description
Amaranto 2019 is crafted from 100% Sangiovese, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and matured for ten months in old French oak barriques. In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red colour. The nose reveals violets, red currants, raspberries, and pomegranate with subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, refined tannins, and an elegant balance that carries through to a persistent finish.

Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasted pork, and aged Italian cheeses. It also complements traditional Tuscan fare such as salami and rustic pasta dishes.
