Per Se Aperitivo features a bright, warm orange colour reminiscent of iconic southern European sunsets. The aroma is complex yet balanced, led by intense notes of orange zest and cardamom, complemented by hints of Jamaican pepper and Portuguese hops. On the palate, the drink is light, sweet, and uncomplicated, offering a harmonious blend of citrus oils and delicate spicy undertones.
