Made from 100% organic grain sourced from high-altitude family farms in the Alberta foothills, and naturally flavoured with 3 Birds Eye Chillies from Thailand. Producing medium to hot spice, with a gentle finish of lingering heat. At Park Distillery they hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of their ingredients, and produce solely in small batch.
