It is characterized by its fine, firm tannins and a long finish that reveals hints of smoke, minerals, and spices such as pepper and cinnamon. This 100% Pinot Noir typically features an ABV of 13% to 14% and is aged for 18 months in mostly older French oak barrels, with approximately 15% new wood used annually.
