Deep purple colour. Aromas of blackberry jam, spearmint, bacon-wrapped dates, and butter with a slightly chewy, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and a hot, delightful, medium-length black cassis, sage, leather, caramelized mushrooms, and ground pepper finish with earthy tannins and moderate oak flavour. A warming, chewy Bordeaux to unwind in the cellar.
