This premium barley shochu features a deep amber colour resulting from ten years of maturation in oak barrels. The aroma is thoroughly complex and woodsy, offering notes of butterscotch, charcoal, and campfire smoke that harmonize with earthy barley scents. On the palate, it provides a mellow and rich texture with a pleasant sweetness and a significantly deeper flavour profile than younger spirits. The finish is smooth and prolonging, showcasing a sophisticated balance of oak and cereal notes. ABV 35%.
