The Fattoria Le Pupille Saffredi 2021 is a red wine from Tuscany, Italy, known for its rich, dark fruit flavors and complex profile. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The 2021 vintage is characterized by a deep ruby red color with purple-violet edges.

• Aroma: Notes of blackcurrants, blackberries, plums, violets, oak spices, and Mediterranean herbs.  Flavor: Dense and velvety on the palate, with firm tannins and juicy freshness. 

• Style: A Bordeaux-style blend, known for its depth, elegance, and aging potential.  

• Aging: The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barriques, with 75% new oak.

Mesmerizing aromas of sandalwood, lavender, sage and currants. Mint and spearmint. Lead pencil shavings. Light coffee bean too. Medium to full body with ultra-fine tannins. It goes on for minutes. 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot, and 10% petit verdot. So approachable already, but this will age beautifully. Best after 2026 and beyond.
