On the palate, the wine is full bodied and velvety, featuring a juicy core of cassis and dark cherry fruit supported by polished tannins and a hint of mint. It is characterized by its balanced acidity and a long, savoury finish that showcases notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for eight months in French oak and has an ABV of 13.5%. The wine is not certified organic. The optimal drinking window is from release through 2030.
