El Jolgorio Karwinskii Mezcal

The rare Cenizo, of the Karwinski family, is a challenging agave to work with. After 14 years growing in the wild, the plants used for this first edition produced fewer than 500 bottles for the world! Every drop of this precious liquid is intended to be cherished. Notes include sweet nectar, chalk, sea salt, a billow of smoke and hints tarragon on the long, extended finish.
