Laroche Chablis Premier Cru Les Vaudevey displays a pale gold or bright gold colour. The nose is complex and intense, offering aromas of bright citrus, green apple, and white fruit accented by hints of iodine, oyster shell, and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and energetic, featuring concentrated flavours of green plum and kumquat balanced by a steely, racy acidity. It is characterized by its remarkable tension and precision, leading to a long, persistent finish with a distinct saline or chalky mineral character. This 100% Chardonnay is aged on its fine lees for several months and typically has an ABV of 12.5% to 12.6%. The wine is produced following sustainable and organic farming principles.
