This wine presents a pale straw colour with a vibrant, perfumed bouquet featuring freshly squeezed citrus, dried herbs, and the estate’s signature flinty, smoky reduction. On the palate, it is medium bodied and finely textured, offering a juicy core of lemon, grapefruit, and white stone fruit balanced by a distinctive saline acidity and a mineral backbone. Composed of 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is bottled without fining and exhibits a complex, layered finish with great concentration.
