Dixeebe Cuishe Mezcal

Very fresh and acetone on the nose. Plantain, sweet in the beginning, lightly spicy, roasted agave and tobacco at the tail. Roasted underground, crushed with tahona of Cantera, fermented in wood tinas with wild yeasts, and double distilled in a copper pot still.
