This 2022 vintage is historic as it marks the estate's first certified organic production.
Wine Description
This vintage features a complex and energetic bouquet of rose, confit citrus, exotic fruits, and orange marmalade. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, lush, and powerful, offering deep flavours of clementine, wild honey, quince, and roasted meringue with hints of saffron and turmeric. Stylistically, it is characterized by an incredible harmony between its high residual sugarāreaching 160 grams per litreāand a racy acidity that ensures a fresh, non-cloying profile. The finish is exceptionally long and zesty, often lasting over 60 seconds. The varietal composition is 80% SĆ©millon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Its optimal drinking window is projected from 2027 to 2100.
