Boulder Peated Single Malt

This whiskey is built as an introduction to peated malted barley. The Peated Malt is distilled using the same slow methods as our New American Single Malt but instead using lightly peated malted barley before resting in virgin American Oak barrels in Colorado's semi-arid environment for at least three years.
