Amrut Two Indies Rum
East meets West in the production of Amrut Two Indies Rum that blends Caribbean rum with Indian rum made from "jaggery," a concentrated form of cane juice used in the making of candy and other sweet treats. West Indies rum from Jamaica, Barbados, and Guyana are sent to the Amrut distillery in Bangalore, India where it is blended. This is bottled at 42.8% ABV.
Colour :Ā Golden Amber;
Nose :Ā Almond with freshly cut sugarcane, tropical fruits with a hint of ripened banana;
Taste :Ā Sugarcane with a dash of tropical fruits and honey and running slightly dry;
Finish :Ā Sweet and dry finish
