Following the massive success of their Zinfandel, the winery introduced 7 Deadly Cabernet Sauvignon in 2020, applying the same 'sinful' philosophy of crafting hedonistic, seductive wines from the hallowed, sandy clay soils of Lodi.

The aromatic bouquet is expressive, featuring scents of fleshy ripe blackberries and plums layered with mocha, vanilla, and coffee. On the palate, it is seductive and smooth, offering jammy blackberry flavours and dark cherry notes complemented by hints of allspice, dark chocolate, and dried tobacco leaf. The structure is defined by a big mouthfeel, vibrant acidity, and gripping tannins that lead to a long, persistent finish. While this varietal is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, it is aged for approximately six months in French oak to enhance its complexity. It typically has an ABV of 14%.
